Clifford Snow is a volunteer contributor to OpenStreetMap. Along with Chase Stephens, Clifford leads one of the largest OpenStreetMap Meetup Groups in North America. Clifford believes that he can best serve OpenStreetMap by helping grow the community. He has lead community based import of all buildings and addresses in Seattle and Kirkland.

His interest in building community partically stem from his time creating glass art as part of a glassblowing team. He believes creating great art requires great teams.

Clifford lead a team that held OpenStreetMap’s 10th Anniversary celebration in Seattle. The event included talks on mapping, georectification and a demo of aerial photography from a kit.

He currently uses Ubuntu to run open source GIS software, QGIS, GDAL, JOSM, TileMill and PostGIS extension to Postgresql database server.
