With the advent of the Cloud, it has become exponentially easier for people of all technical levels to develop and deploy global services. One of the largest contributing factors is that Cloud computing gives developers access to world-class systems to handle machine learning, distributed cluster management, data storage, and many others. The other main factor is that Cloud providers remove the toil of running services--they're your ops team, your security team, and your architecture consultants.

This talk will be a mix of two things: How Google keeps our Cloud running, and how the democratisation of Cloud will shape the coming years.
