The goal of LinuxFest Northwest is to bring together fun, smart, open minds in the community. People learn, teach and share. LinuxFest Northwest is a free and open community event. Anyone can attend the Fest presentations and exhibits at no charge.
Sponsors provide LinuxFest Northwest with the support needed to put on such an event, while keeping free admission.
Connect with the amazingly talented and diverse groups of sysadmins, developers, designers, F/OSS leaders, and end users with a sponsor package that will:

Refund Policy:
All LinuxFest Northwest individual sponsorship tickets are non-refundable, however we make it very easy to transfer your registration to another person. Simply contact our Help Desk with your request. All sponsorships are non-refundable once the sponsor information is published publicly on the website or 60 days before the fest, whichever comes first.
Sponsorship Details
Title
New for 2016, we're offering an exclusive title sponsorship option. With this sponsorship, you'll have prominence on our website, be listed as our title sponsor in outgoing fest emails and venue signage, and given a premium booth slot in our expo hall. This sponsorship is meant for larger companies aiming to spread awareness of their open source project(s) to LinuxFest Northwest attendees. Your booth also comes with lunch both days and t-shirts for up to 6 attendees.
Gold
This sponsorship is meant for companies looking to spread awareness of their open source project(s) and/or have a larger booth to display your project in the expo hall. Your company or project will be listed in outgoing fest emails and on our sponsor banner. Your project also receives a 10' booth in the expo hall. Your booth also comes with lunch both days and t-shirts for up to 4 attendees.
Silver
This sponsorship is for companies looking for an inexpensive way to spread awareness of their open source project(s) to a large number of attendees. Your company or project will be listed in on our sponsor banner and sponsors webpage. Your project also receives a 5' table in the expo hall. Your booth also comes with lunch both days and t-shirts for up to 2 attendees.
Community / Non-Profits
We provide free exhibit hall space to our not-for-profit, open source projects. In addition to a 5' table, you're logo will be shown on our sponsorship banners as well as on the sponsors webpage. If you need more space, consider applying for a Gold sponsorship for a 10' booth, or contact us about other opportunities.
Due to the number of applications we received last year, non-profit acceptance is not first come, first serve for 2016. Non-profit booth submissions closed February 29, 2016.
