MySQL's JSON Data Type

MySQL now has a native JSON data type that can be used to store documents.  This session covers the implementation, the use, and the supportin fuctions needed to store JSON formatted data in a relational database plus tricks like generated virtual columns to provide SQL usable indexing.  So if you need to store JSON but want to retain all the power of a relation database then you need to be in this session.
