I will be going over what honeypots are and how they can be used to thwart skiddies and robots from attacking your real servers also they can be used to collect malware samples and to get an idea if any attacks against you is targeted by a human or just a scripted bot

if you want to install your own honeypot any OS will do the only requirements are

• Python
• Python Twisted
• Zope Interface

and the honeypot files will be on GitHub for public use
