The LOT Network is a non-profit community of companies and organizations committed to protecting themselves long-term against patent assertions and lawsuits brought by patent trolls.

LOT Network members comprise a diverse community of dedicated corporate and non-profit citizens including Red Hat, GitHub, the Wikimedia Foundation, GoPro, Google, and many more. Network members partner with other like-minded entities to create a community of peers who seek to reduce risk. All members -- including those small companies and startups that could otherwise be wiped out by a single patent-troll lawsuit -- are equal members of the LOT Network.
