OpenStack is almost five. Few production-ready software-defined networking solutions today provide OpenStack deployments with a viable option for scalable, highly-available cloud computing. In this session, we will give you an introduction to open source MidoNet and discuss how MidoNet’s distributed architecture can overcome OpenStack Neutron shortcomings by replacing the default Open vSwitch (OVS) plugin with MidoNet plugin. We’ll show you a live demo of the MidoNet Manager.
